How it Works
With the assistance of our professional chef, the group is split into teams. They are given their pack of mystery ingredients and team members work together to prepare a feast fit for a party. They will create canapés, salads, pancakes, deserts and all sorts of gourmet party nibbles. Teams can then 'break bread' while enjoying their banquet together at the end of the session.

Prior culinary experience not required!

Cooking Facilities
We supply food, utensils, aprons for the session and generally two people to run the event and the services of one other person to clear, wash up as necessary. We can operate in a hotel conference room without ovens etc., or in a fully equipped kitchen. We can liase with the venue to check suitability.

We will supply microwaves and hot plates to be powered in the conference room.
All electrical goods are tested and we follow all health and safety regulations.
Menus are flexible to fit the cooking facilities and time scales.
